Client Testimonials

"We are very happy that we chose to work with Anushka. We had a very unique home. We expected that it would take a lot of time and effort to find that special buyer for our special property. Anushka is very skilled at marketing and social media and immediately gave 100% to our listing. She is easy to talk to, patient, and knows how to work well with people in general. She sold our home in record time and we really appreciate her."

— D'Arcy

"I'm a third-time homeowner, and I'm active duty military. Due to my circumstances, I had to buy the house sight unseen. I needed someone I could trust and be extremely thorough in the showings to purchase the home that fit my family and our budget. Anushka delivered; she knows the area exceptionally well. She got me into the house I wanted, and we stayed within budget and got into our home just in time for the holidays. Her timelines and attention to detail truly made our experience stress-free. I highly recommend Anushka if you're looking for a fantastic realtor or if you're PCSing into the area!"

— Curt Magurt

"My husband and I were blessed to have Anushka as our realtor! She was so helpful throughout the whole process. As first-time buyers, we had a ton of questions and Anushka answered them all! She truly walked through everything with us and explained all the details. When we finally found our home, she helped us get under contract in no time! Anushka took care of us and we did not have to worry about anything because she had it all handled! She stays on top of everything and was always available."

— Logan Quackenbush

"We couldn't have asked for a better realtor to help us buy a home. Anushka consistently demonstrated her commitment to excellence. She personally toured several homes for us, recommended a great lender, and her negotiation skills are top notch. She went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of—from arranging multiple inspections to researching potential issues with a property. She is extremely knowledgeable about the local market and made sure we always felt like a priority."

Courtney Davis

"When our house did not sell for more than 6 months, we switched to Anushka. From day one, she has always been on her toes to get the house cleaned, staged, and ready for showings. We moved out of the house and she did all these by herself. She kept us updated because she wanted us to know what was happening with our property. After a couple of interests and one offer that fell apart, she found us a buyer who wanted it to be a contingent offer. Anushka made sure that we were allowed to show even if we accepted that offer and also backed it with a kickout clause—a condition where we can nullify the previous contract if we get a better offer. Though we were away from Manhattan, KS, Anushka would text or call and keep us in the loop. Within weeks to months, we SOLD and closed."

— Nandhu Radhakrishnan

"Anushka is the best realtor in Manhattan. She helped us navigate a difficult buying market several years ago, and when we needed to move and sell our house, she was our go-to agent. She was so knowledgeable about how to best promote our property and provided great guidance regarding the current state of the market and what our expectations should be. She is very accessible, responding quickly to all texts, calls, or emails. Our selling process was complicated by financial institutions, repairs, etc., but Anushka was so helpful with navigating all the hurdles and getting us to closing. You will not find another realtor that genuinely cares about her clients and puts in as much effort as Anushka does."

— Sarah Timmerman

"I recently had the opportunity to work with Anushka during the sale of my home in Manhattan, KS. This is the third house that I have sold since becoming a homeowner, and I wanted to highlight a couple of items from my experience during this sale. Her knowledge of the market and her level of honesty are the highest of any agent I've ever worked with. I noticed immediately that customer service and the overall experience were going to be top-notch. In any business, no matter what it might be, being informed throughout the journey is key. I never had to wonder what was going on, where we were at with the sale, or what to expect. The communication I received was consistent, extremely accurate, and realistic. If I ever had a question or concern, I was able to get in touch with Anushka quickly and received a clear response immediately. Sometimes selling a home comes with unforeseen stressors; however, my experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment of listing through to closing, I knew I was in good hands. The attention to detail and well-thought-out planning during the process eased all of my concerns surrounding the sale of my home. Her passion for what she does and her wealth of knowledge about what makes for a perfect sale or purchase experience shine through in all areas. There is no question that when working with Anushka, you will receive the highest level of professionalism. She truly does care about the client experience, and her passion for the business of real estate was quickly apparent. In our community here in Manhattan, we have many great professionals, and Anushka stands in the top tier. I can only highly recommend working with her and, personally, she will be my point of contact for all things in this market—buying or selling. Thank you, Anushka, for making this transaction one of the best I've ever had selling a home!"
